International Market Entry Strategy Project Fall 2025

BSAD 257

Sep 8, 2025 - Dec 7, 2025

This experience is designed for learners in their 2nd or 3rd year of an undergraduate Business program, focusing on international business including market entry strategies. Participants will have a foundational understanding of market analysis and strategic planning for entering foreign markets. By applying these skills, learners can assist companies in evaluating potential international opportunities, identifying key market entry barriers, and recommending strategic approaches for successful entry. This experience allows learners to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical industry applications, providing valuable insights for companies looking to expand internationally. In addition, one advanced International Business student will, together with the instructor of the course, prepare a case study about the company. For this purpose, I am interested in collaborating with companies that would be supporting a case study and be available for interviews and willing to share some data and documents for preparing the case study. The case study would be, with permission from the company, be presented at a conference and eventually published in a teaching case repository.
