Experience Overview: This experience enables learners to apply organizational consulting and change management principles to real-world business challenges. Students will work in teams over the next 7 months to analyze organizational issues, develop actionable solutions, and present recommendations to employers. Through this project, businesses gain fresh insights into their change management strategies, while learners develop hands-on consulting experience.
