Details

Anamav Postnatal Care is seeking to enhance its brand presence and streamline its operational processes. The primary goal is to develop marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and attract more clients. This involves creating engaging content for various social media platforms, assisting with email marketing and writing blogs, as well as and assisting in the launch of educational workshops aimed at new parents.

Additionally, the project aims to identify and implement automation tools to improve efficiency in daily operations. By applying classroom knowledge of marketing and process optimization, learners will have the opportunity to contribute to real-world business strategies. The project is designed to be completed by a team of marketing or business students focusing on closely related tasks that align with their academic skills. Each student will be assigned tasks based on their individual interests, skillsets and experiences, with the goal of contributing to the overall success of the project.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include ongoing marketing content, as well as research and recommendations for the most effective marketing strategies to build brand awareness and attract clients. Learners will also produce educational content such as blog posts or social media materials. Additionally, a plan for the launch of educational workshops will be developed. Finally, a report detailing recommended automation tools and platforms to streamline processes will be provided. These deliverables will collectively support Anamav Postnatal Care's objectives and provide practical experience for the learners.
