Details

Siraj Institute is planning a fundraising Gala in March and seeks to enhance its marketing efforts to maximize attendance and donations. The project aims to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that leverages both digital and traditional marketing channels. Learners will apply their classroom knowledge of marketing principles to create a cohesive plan that targets potential attendees and donors. The project will involve analyzing the target audience, selecting appropriate marketing channels, and crafting compelling messaging. By focusing on a few closely related tasks, the team will ensure that the marketing strategy is both effective and executable within a limited timeframe. This project provides an opportunity for learners to gain practical experience in event marketing and strategic planning.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a detailed marketing strategy document outlining the proposed marketing channels, target audience analysis, and messaging plan. Additionally, learners will create a timeline for marketing activities leading up to the Gala. The team will also prepare a presentation summarizing their strategy and recommendations for the Siraj Institute's review. These deliverables will demonstrate the learners' ability to apply marketing concepts to a real-world scenario.
