Details

The project aims to support Kids At Risk Action (KARA) in their mission to raise awareness about child abuse, childhood trauma, and child protection. The objective is to research and analyze existing data on these topics to provide valuable insights for KARA's new book, social media campaigns, and national database platform. By synthesizing data from reputable sources, the project will help KARA present compelling narratives and statistics that highlight the urgency and importance of addressing child welfare issues. The project will involve a thorough examination of current trends, patterns, and case studies related to child abuse and protection. This will enable KARA to effectively communicate the scope of the problem and advocate for necessary changes in policy and public perception.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a comprehensive report summarizing key findings on child abuse and protection, along with visual data presentations suitable for KARA's book and social media platforms. Additionally, a curated dataset will be prepared for integration into KARA's national database platform. The deliverables will be designed to be clear, impactful, and easily understandable by a broad audience, ensuring that KARA's advocacy efforts are well-supported by evidence-based information.
