Project Overview:


Karma Media Inc is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to assist in account management, client pitching, and lead management. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in handling client relationships, preparing compelling pitches, and managing the lead pipeline to drive business growth.


This project is perfect for students looking to develop strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills in a digital media and marketing environment.


Project Tasks & Deliverables:


The intern will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to accomplish the following:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Assist in maintaining and managing relationships with existing clients.

• Schedule and attend client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

• Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and support.

2. Client Pitching & Proposal Development:

• Research potential clients and industries to understand their needs.

• Assist in crafting compelling pitch decks and proposals tailored to prospective clients.

• Support in delivering engaging sales presentations.

3. Lead Generation & Management:

• Research and identify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, industry events, etc.).

• Organize and track leads in CRM software.

• Assist in outreach efforts, including cold emailing and follow-ups.

4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Analyze competitors’ strategies and provide insights for business development.


Expected Outcomes:


By the end of this project, the intern will:

Ideal Candidate Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead generation strategies.

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• A background in business, marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred.


Internship Duration & Time Commitment:

• Duration: 8-12 weeks

• Hours per week: 10-15 hours (flexible based on academic schedule)

• Format: Remote or hybrid

These deliverables will provide Karma Media Inc with actionable strategies to enhance its business development efforts.
